Today we had Tony Brown speaking to us on a new 3 week series called "In pursuit of Holiness" using Ephesians 6:10-18 as the base text.
This week he started us off with "The Battle for the Mind" and how important it is to guard our minds against all the rubbish the world wants to pollute us with.

This week he spoke about "The Battle for the Heart". The battle is always for what holds your heart - money, possessions, sports, etc.. are we willing to give that up? The devil wants you to give your heart to anything but Jesus. How much do we really love Jesus? Once again a very challenging message.

How much are we willing to surrender to Christ? Do we really trust what the Bible says? How much do we let the world influence our beliefs?
